I don’t know my ring size. What is the best way to measure it?
I ordered the wrong size and I would like to exchange for the correct one.
If your ring doesn’t fit, no problem! You can send it back and we will refund you the price of the ring minus the shipping cost. Then you will have to place a new order with the correct size.
Are returns free?
No, I am afraid returns are not free.
You can use ACS or Box Now for your returns from Greece. We will refund you the value of your order minus the shipping cost. If you use other courier you will have to pay the shipping cost to your chosen courier directly. If the charge is on the recipient (us) then we will deduct the cost incurred from your returned item.

How long do I have before I return my jewelry?
You have to contact us within 7 days after you have signed for receipt at [email protected].
I am ordering from outside European Union. Will there be any extra charges at customs?
If you choose Standard Delivery then for most countries (except UK) there are no any extra custom expenses incurred as it falls into the International agreement between National Post Carriers to not impose custom duties given that the order is less than $1000. However, the same is not the case for DHL or other Express courier shipments. In this case you will be asked to pay custom duties once the parcel arrives at your country. How long before I receive my order?
You can see the average processing time under each product description. After that, the time to receive your order depends on the shipment mode you use and the country you are at. For Greece and EU countries you have to add 1-2 days to the processing time days. For the rest of the world it can take 2-3 weeks for standard shipping and 5 days for Express shipping. Remember that we are a small business and all items are handcrafted so we need some time to prepare them.
Are there any products I cannot return?
Yes, any custom made product cannot be returned but please contact us if you have any questions.
What if I receive a damaged product?

Where is your jewelry made?
All items are handmade in Greece. Sterling Silver is sourced from Italy through a Greek supplier.
